Buzzy McLaughlin displays a jawbone he donated in 1974 to the Falmouth Heart Fund auction. In this case, he chose to reproduce the initial portion of a 1,300-foot-long muslin painting, “Panorama of a Whaling Voyage Around the World,” by Russell and Purrington held in the collection of the New Bedford Whaling Museum. It depicts New Bedford harbor in the mid-nineteenth century.
